Soda ash production:In August 2024, China's soda ash output was 3.188 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 27.88% and a month-on-month decrease of 2.30%; from January to August 2024, China's soda ash output totaled approximately 25.609 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 23.45%, and an increase of approximately 4.864 million tons.
Operating rate of soda ash:In August, the operating load of soda ash enterprises was about 84.00%, a month-on-month decrease of 5.55%. There were more overhauls by market enterprises, and the overall operating high dropped.
