Tengzhou Jinjing TCO photovoltaic conductive glass production line is a "carbon peak" technological transformation demonstration line for China's glass industry determined by China Building Materials Federation, which is in line with the green development concept advocated by the country. The project has a total investment of 500 million yuan to carry out technical transformation of the original float second line and has now been officially produced. After all production, the annual output of TCO conductive film glass can be 18 million square meters, achieving revenue of 600 million yuan and tax revenue of 50 million yuan. Construction of the Jinjing "One Kiln and Two Lines" project has started. The original first-line kilns and other equipment have been demolished, and the flue gas is being demolished. The entire line will be demolished by the end of the year.
TCO glass is a new type of glass material that coats a transparent conductive oxide film on float glass through a high-temperature chemical vapor deposition process. It has the advantages of good light transmission, low resistivity, stable chemical mechanical properties and strong acid and alkali resistance. Due to the complex design of TCO coating equipment and the difficult control of the preparation process, it is regarded as the "stuck neck" technology in the global thin film photovoltaic industry. Previously, only Japanese companies in the world could master it. Jinjing Group is the first company in China to have independent research and development capabilities and successfully achieve mass production of TCO glass. It has established cooperative relationships with many leading photovoltaic module factories outside China, including First Solar of the United States, LONGi, GCL, etc.
First, this project is leading technology and filling the gap in China. Using world-class preparation technology, an ultra-white TCO photovoltaic conductive thin film solar substrate production line has been built, ranking first in China in market segment; using the world's most advanced integrated processing equipment, ultra-low emissions and long-term stable operation can be achieved. Second, it has high light transmittance and excellent optoelectronic performance. The product uses ultra-white TCO conductive glass to make perovskite triple-junction laminated batteries. The theoretical photoelectric conversion rate exceeds 42%, which is more than 20% higher than similar international products; the light transmittance is higher than 80%, which can realize "building photovoltaic power generation integration". The third is green energy conservation and good market prospects. Energy consumption will be reduced by 10%, 3 million cubic meters of natural gas will be saved every year and carbon dioxide emissions will be reduced by more than 7000 tons. After the project is completed, Jinjing will become the main supplier of photovoltaic cells and BIPV building power generation curtain wall substrates in China.
