He called for a “top-to-bottom overhaul and clean out of the festering rot and corruption of Washington, D.C.”
Trump also said he would demand a sweeping new slate of election restrictions, including requiring only paper ballots, allowing voters only one day to vote, requiring photo ID to vote, and ensuring all votes are counted by election night
