The outflow of foreign trade orders intensifies? China has embarked on a new journey of high-quality development.
Compared with shipping in China, which is shrouded in the epidemic, Southeast Asia has continued to relax entry restrictions. Therefore, it is expected that the demand for orders from Southeast Asian countries will rebound in a "retaliatory" manner, and the export transportation market will become more fiery. The orders that had returned to my country before, are now starting to flow out again.
According to the website of the National Bureau of Statistics, in the first quarter, the national industrial capacity utilization rate was 75.8%, down 1.4 percentage points from the same period last year; the manufacturing capacity utilization rate was 75.9%, down 1.7 percentage points. It can be seen that under the influence of soaring raw material prices and the low utilization rate of industrial and manufacturing capacity, China is facing a new pressure of destroying orders. And under the influence of the external conflict between Russia and Ukraine, the global economic recovery momentum has been weakened, which may accelerate the narrowing of my country's trade surplus. At the same time, although the Chinese economy is the first to resume work and production, our export pricing power is limited, which will create competition among domestic exporters.
The General Administration of Vietnam Customs announced that the total import and export volume of Vietnam's trade in goods in the first quarter reached 176.35 billion US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 14.4% (a net increase of 22.17 billion US dollars). It is understood that orders from many local textile enterprises have been placed in the third quarter. The reason is that, on the one hand, Vietnam has also signed a free trade agreement with the European Union. The signing of this agreement has given Southeast Asia an absolute advantage in manufacturing. On the other hand, thanks to the rapid vaccination of domestic vaccines, the country has the prerequisites for stable development.
