Matsui acquires 51% stake in Xiamen Hansenda Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., a leading glass ink company in China
Songjing shares confirmed in the announcement that it has successfully acquired 51% of the shares of Xiamen Hansenda Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., making another move in the field of automotive coatings and entering a critical stage of strategic in-depth advancement.
Hansenda was established in 2012 and is one of the leading companies in automotive glass inks. Its products such as automotive interlayer and tempered glass inks have independent intellectual property rights and have reached international advanced levels.
Songjing shares stated that the acquisition of Hansenda is in line with the company's development strategy, which will help further seize the development opportunities of the automotive industry, integrate the technology, products, customers, markets and supply chain resources of both parties, expand the application of new functional coating materials in the field of passenger cars, and achieve industrial synergy and scale effects.
The successful acquisition of Hansenda has enabled Songjing shares to enter a critical stage of strategic in-depth advancement. At this critical juncture, Chairman Ling Yunjian personally served as the company's general manager to seize the development opportunities of the industry and promote the company's high-quality and stable development. This time, Songjing shares acquired Hansenda, a leading glass ink company, and successfully launched a new sintered ink product, and has begun to enter the industry's top customer supplier system.
Sintered ink is basically the same as Hansenda's high-temperature ink for automotive tempered glass and is widely used in building curtain walls, automotive glass, home appliance glass and other fields.
