Performance Characteristics of Photoluminescent Pigments:

Free of any toxins and radioactive elements, harmless to the human body and the environment.

The requirement for the excitation light source is particularly low. An illuminance as low as 25 LX can serve as the excitation source, whereas the illuminance inside general buildings can often exceed 500 LX. Therefore, sunlight, ordinary lighting, and ambient stray light can all act as excitation sources.

After 10-20 minutes of irradiation, it can emit high-brightness afterglow, which is 30 times brighter than traditional fluorescent powders; its afterglow duration can last for over 12 hours.

Excellent physical and chemical properties, suitable for use outdoors or in harsh environments. Resistant to UV radiation, with basic performance remaining unchanged even after 1000 hours under a 300W high-pressure lamp. Good chemical corrosion resistance and a wide operating temperature range (-20°C to 500°C).

Available in various luminescent colors such as yellow-green, blue-green, sky blue, and purple, with diverse product appearance colors.

Extremely long service life (>15 years). Its light absorption, storage, and emission capabilities can be recycled indefinitely. Can be processed into products of various particle sizes (0.5-200 µm) and colors according to different industry requirements.

Classification of Photoluminescent Pigments:

Currently, our company's photoluminescent pigments are divided into six main series: YF Series, YF-W Series, YF-Y Series, YFC Series, YFS Series, YFT Series.

1. YF Type Luminescent Powder is an alkaline earth aluminate-based luminescent material. The appearance is mainly light yellow, off-white, and light gray. Luminescent colors mainly include yellow-green, blue-green, blue-violet, and purple.

2. YF-W Type Photoluminescent Pigment is derived from YF type pigment through a coating process, enabling direct use in water-based paints or inks.

3. YF-Y Series is a silver-doped aluminate luminescent material designed for use under low illuminance conditions, easily excited. The appearance color is yellow, and the luminescent color is yellow-green.

4. YFC Series possesses good high-temperature resistance, suitable for industries requiring high-temperature firing, such as ceramics and glass enamel.

5. YFS Type is the traditional sulfide-based luminescent material. The appearance is red or white, and luminescent colors include red, orange, white, etc.

6. YFT Type Luminescent Powder is specially treated, featuring fresh appearance colors such as red, yellow, green, purple, and more. The appearance and luminescent colors can also be customized according to customer requirements.
