What is PVC composite door?
The composite door formed by PVC panel thermal plastic absorption is made of solid wood composite door or molded door with PVC veneer vacuum plastic absorption processing technology.
PVC materials are often added with stabilizers, lubricants, auxiliary processing agents, pigments, impact agents and other additives in actual use. It has non-flammability, high strength, weather resistance and excellent geometric stability.
PVC has strong resistance to oxidant, reducing agent and strong acid. However, it can be corroded by concentrated oxidizing acid, such as concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid, and it is not suitable for occasions where it is in contact with aromatic hydrocarbons and chlorinated hydrocarbons.
PVC is a white powder with amorphous structure, low branching degree, relative density of about 1.4, glass transition temperature of 77~90 â, decomposition of about 170 â, and poor stability to light and heat.
When it is above 100 â or exposed to the sun for a long time, it will decompose to produce hydrogen chloride, and further autocatalytic decomposition will cause discoloration, and the physical and mechanical properties will also decline rapidly. In practical applications, stabilizer must be added to improve the stability of heat and light.
